Job Purpose:

To maintain and develop existing relationships with our channel partners and to find and establish new relationships. The AMIS will report to the Regional Director/ General Manager with day-to-day guidance from possible Senior Account Managers and/or Team leader Inside Sales.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customer accounts
  • Analysis of customer accounts on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis (revenue and margin)
  • Finding and establishing new customer relationships
  • Being fully commercially product trained across major manufacturers
  • Facilitating marketing support to channel partners
  • Providing input on Airsys’ market performance vs. competitors in the market
  • Occasional external visits to customers and/ or manufacturer training
  • Providing estimates & forecasts
  • Independently preparing quotes for customers
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls to existing and potential new customers
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
  • Ensure that the customers’ orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner



The ideal Candidate:

  • Two years of sales experience in a similar position (preferably in the Two-Way radio industry – but not essential)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Great people skills
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in at least Dutch and English
  • Microsoft Office professional level experience
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems eg. Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central and/or SAP
  • Driving license (car)
